Information security

  • Servers require password change every 30 days, passwords must be 8 characters long or more and include at least two digits. No guest access allowed
  • Daily backup of all servers. Backups are encrypted
  • Paper shredders to eliminate all confidential information
  • Workstations are password protected and screen savers are enabled. Subscription-based antivirus
  • Information restricted to specific project groups

Building security

  • Security alarms connected to central alarm service and police. Fulfills security rules established by law 23/1992 of Private Security
  • No visitor can go unaccompanied beyond reception
  • Secure rooms (Highly Secured Restricted Rooms) for highly confidential projects

Server and network security

  • Access to server room is restricted to IT manager. All servers maintenance is performed by LocTeam
  • All servers located behind Cisco firewall system and are not accessible from the Internet, except for the ftp server (DMZ area)
  • Uninterruptible Power Supply System (UPS) for continuous operations
